Our journey started from  a Field App developed in Fiori to BTP​

The goal was to develop the Field App and share lessons learned along the way .

The journey started with the design and development of a project structure that was not integrated with Project System, a Stand-alone product.

Our S4 Rise Data Model was re-designed for BTP.

BTP APPLICATION  | Project Navigator​

  • Project Navigator provides a project status dashboard. 

  • The application can be accessed via an iPad.

  • Project Navigator allows you to drill down into the project form.

  • A daily diary report can be published once it is approved

In June, we focus on the Daily Diary attachment features.

 

Pictures taken in the field activity can be loaded and used for reporting. 

 

Notes can be attached to the pictures.

In July, we focus on project workflow utilizing the Build Process Automation Engine.

 

Using this engine, we will auto-create a PS project in S4 HANA.

In August, The Daily Diary reports will be the focus. 

 

Formatted Daily Diary reports will be produced in a PDF format.

Daily diary analytics will be available via SAC analytics.
